For marching band specifically, if we are out on the field, we wear them. Even if we aren't playing. It's to build up muscle and have us get really used to it.

My band if the dretor is working with a group they take them off then put them back on.Even if we were not running the set back..

kinda off topic, but does anybody know of any good stands for tenors and bass drums, that aren't terribly expensive because our school is kinda poor and our percussion instructor and band director want to get some. any input would be appreciated and thank you in advance.  |

my band has prol(i think thants how you spell it) im not srue how much they cost though :/
