This one time, at band camp, we were running drill (because our band does NOT mess around), and we were using boxes as color guard props. A quad was marching backwards, tripped over a box, fell, and still got to his next set.

This one time, at band camp, I blacked out during Marching basics. Apparently, from what my friend told me, I asked if seeing little black splotches was a bad thing.
Also, this one time, at band camp, we started to learn drill, on the hottest day of summer, on the football field. So it was about 120 degrees, and there was no shade. Half of us, including me, almost ran out of water before lunch break.

This one time, one of our members forgot his baritone back at his house-an hour away.

At drum camp my freshman year, we were playing through one of our warmups and I just kinda fell over onto the snare next to me, and then everyone got to go to lunch early lol

This one time, at band camp, a saxophone player borrowed some shorts from one of the guard, and wore them for a day. During stretches, one of his balls would usually hang out.

it started raining and it was too late for our director to tell us to go in so we got an hour to go play in the rain and have a march off and roll around in puddles... It was so much fun and I will never forget it

MalletBeast? yeah, its like that at almost all of our practices many people *cough* brass *cough* would faint on the field. this one time, at band camp, or director got stuck up high in one of those lift/ crane/ thingys. (the ones that electricians use on telephone poles) And it took nearly 20 minutes for him to figure it out and get down C:

I was(and currently am) a freshmen during this story. This one time at band camp, we had just gotten our first movement music. After going through it, we had this break, you see. I put my instrument down, found a nice cool spot, and nodded off. Now, I have narcolepsy, you see, so I have an ability to fall asleep instantaneously; at which my fellow bandmates had no idea about. When the DM came to our section's spot while we were on break to recognize my efforts to keep up in the running block, he happened to notice me quick asleep against the wall. To the surprise of the DM, my section had told him that I could sleep really quick. But that wasn't the zing there, for the whole time they were talking about it, I was in a light state of consciousness so I heard everything! I couldn't help but smile as he acknowledged my efforts in the running block, for nobody knew I overheard everything.
I still continue to sleep at the most obscene of times during rehearsal to this day.

This one time at band camp, my friend started puking uncontrollably, and walked to the sideline to continue puking, and my band teacher started screaming at her, "WHAT ARE YOU DOING?! GET BACK ON YOUR DOT!" while she continued puking. Ah, band camp
